We have designed our site in a manner that is easy to navigate thru, so that you can quickly find what you're looking for. From any page, just click on the desired category on the menubar (for example "Suits") to view the items offered in that category.

To purchase items, just click on the "Add toCart" button. If you have not logged on before doing so, you will be prompted to create an account. You may add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart.

Once you have added an item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart you may continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.

Once you are ready to checkout you can return to your shopping bag by clicking on "cart" on the top menu of all pages. Click on "Checkout" to proceed. You will be asked to confirm your shipping address and payment information.

After having clicked on the "confirm order" button, you can continue shopping or verify your order status. Tax and shipping is calculated automatically for all shipments. Click on the highlighted words for our shipping policies.

Once your order has been processed through our secure server, we will fill it within 24 hours and ship it to you as soon as possible. We will then send you a confirmation by email to tell you when you can expect your items.

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at CustomSuitsShirts.com. CustomSuitsShirts.com has a 2 step return policy, with regard to the type of merchandise purchased – custom clothing or ready-made clothing, shoes and accessories.
Custom Clothing Returns

CustomSuitsShirts.com is dedicated to making this an easy experience for you and wants you to become a repeat customer and refer us to your friends, business associates and acquaintances.

All custom clothing is made to your exact specifications & unfortunately there are
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM CLOTHING. However, if there was an inadvertent mistake made by us, we will alter or remake your garment @ no charge to you, and reship the garment back to you free of charge.

If the client has sent us incorrect measurements we will gladly help you to alter (if possible) or remake the garment, but that cannot be done at no charge, & unfortunately must be done at full charge, plus shipping.

The client agrees NOT to make any alterations to the garment prior to returning the garment to us .

A
custom order that has been placed
cannot be cancelled, as fabric is often cut immediately after an order is placed. Changes to an order placed, usually cannot be accommodated if after the 1st 24 hours, as fabric has already been cut & can usually NOT be changed.

No return will be accepted without a RA (return authorization) #, PRIOR to making the return to CustomSuitsShirts.com. Please fill out the
RETURN REQUEST FORM any return without an RA # will be refused & the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend you select a shipping carrier that provides a shipment tracking option and insurance.

CustomSuitsShirts.com reserves the right to refuse any return. CustomSuitsShirts.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from purchases from our online store.
Ready Made Clothing Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can acommodate a full refund, or an exchange for any merchandise that has not been worn.

Please note if you take apart a ready-made shirt to try it on, then the shirt is no longer in its original condition & we will charge a $20 restocking fee to return the shirt (even if it is unworn), as we can no longer sell this garment at our store as a new garment.

You are eligible for a full refund, if your merchandise is returned in the manufacturers packaging: bags, hangars and all tags attached to the garments. We regret that we cannot process your return without the original packaging received.

ALL shoes must be tried on and walked on carpet only, with no visible scuff marks on the bottom. .

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your merchandise immediately to determine if your clothing item(s) will fit and if there are any flaws.

ALL return requests MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

ALL merchandise MUST be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If your merchandise is not received within this time frame or is not returned in new condition with tags on the garment, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We regret, that we cannot accept a return that is not sent back in its original packaging, with all tags attached to the merchandise. The merchandise will sent back to you, and if you refuse the shipment we may be forced to destroy the merchandise, and hold credit of the merchandise.

All refunds will be processed promptly. Returns should be sent via UPS, Fed Ex or any method that will allow you to receive package tracking, and be insured for the full amount of the merchandise. we regret that we cannot be responsible for any package sent back to us, that is lost. Mistakes or Defective Merchandise:
We regret that mistakes sometimes occur. Should you receive an incorrect item: wrong size or color or a damaged item - please contact us within 48 hours and we will send you the correct item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise by calling our toll free telephone number: 1 888-699-SUIT (7848) or e-mail us at info@customsuitsshirts.com. We will take care of any shipping charges associated with sending you the correct item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
An order may be cancelled after it is placed, if you contact us within 6 hours. We process our orders immediately, and provided the order has not already shipped to you, we can acommodate your cancellation request. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We can issue you a return after the item that you wish to cancel, is received. Please complete a RETURN REQUEST FORM and we will generate a return authorization #, with instructions where to send the return. FABRIC AVAILABILITY
CustomSuitsShirts.com may not have all fabrics or items in stock. In the event that a cloth or item is not in stock you will be notified via phone or e-mail and a substitute will be recommended. Our online store does not provide real-time stock availability. Alterations We will be happy to complete do any alterations on your purchase for a minimal charge. Items that have been altered may not be returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
Following credit approval, your order will be processed immediately.
STANDARD SERVICE -
$9.95 (newly reduce price) flat rate for all orders under $300. ALL orders over $300 receive FREE shipping. All ready-made orders will be shipped within 3 days pending availability. Allen Edmonds shoes can typically take up to 3 weeks to ship pending availability. Custom clothing typically ships within 4-5 weeks for custom shirts & 6-7 weeks for custom suits.
NEXT DAY SERVICE - $34.95 One-Day delivery is available, pending product availability. You should receive your order within 1 business days from the day we ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS If you are ordering from a country other than the U.S.A, we regret that we cannot process your order. We do not ship internationally.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Logging into your account lets you follow-up on your orders. The order status will state "pending" once you have confirmed your order and while we are processing it. It will state "shipped" once it has been sent to you. Please contact us if you have any questions.
